Spindlewheel Open License and SRD

The Spindlewheel System Reference Document (SRD) is released under the Anti-Capitalist Attribution Cooperative License as written by Takuma Okada, which is heavily based on Creative Commons Attribution-NonCommercial-ShareAlike License, as well as The Anti-Capitalist Software License by Everest Pipkin and Ramsey Nasser, and Left Copy Revolutionary License 2.14 by Mat K. Witts.

Plain Language Summary:

Anyone except:

•    any for-profit company limited by shares employing more than fifty people, 
•    law enforcement,

•    military,

•    an organization that is working for or under law enforcement or military,

may use this license to adapt any and all elements of Spindlewheel rules and cards included in this SRD to create, sell, and distribute their own games, decks, and other derived objects, digitally or physically, without paying royalties to Sasha Reneau or Teacabbage Studios, given it is released under a similar license in relation to Section 1J, and clear attribution of the original Spindlewheel system and deck is provided.
